Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our energy platform. By accessing or using our ev battery technology, software platforms, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please review them carefully.

Introduction

Welcome to our platform. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our ev battery systems, energy software interfaces, bms telemetry dashboards, and associated services. By accessing our platform, you accept these terms in full.

Technology & Services

Our agency provides advanced energy technology solutions, including high-voltage battery architecture design, software integration, bms telemetry analytics, and commercial energy management deployment. All deployments are subject to specific technical scopes outlined in master service agreements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate technical requirements, operational load profiles, and site facility specifications necessary for custom battery system engineering. Any operational delays resulting from incorrect facility data remain the client's responsibility.

Licensing & Software Usage

Our bms firmware, telemetry dashboards, and proprietary energy algorithms are delivered under limited, non-exclusive licenses. Clients shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the proprietary battery management code without prior written consent.

Payment & Billing Terms

All hardware manufacturing deposits, software subscription fees, and deployment service schedules are specified in individual client project proposals.

  • System engineering and hardware assembly commence only after initial deposit confirmation.
  • Overdue invoices may lead to temporary suspension of live telemetry services and cloud software access.
  • Delivering critical firmware update notifications and security patch alerts.
  • Analyzing system telemetry to optimize energy efficiency and grid integration models.

Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in our proprietary battery pack designs, active cooling algorithms, bms firmware, and brand assets remain exclusive intellectual property of our company. Custom hardware delivered to clients is subject to agreed usage permissions.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect all confidential hardware schematics, cell chemistry data, fleet performance metrics, and proprietary business strategy information from third-party disclosure.

Limitation of Liability

Our company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper third-party installation, grid power surges, or unauthorized modifications to battery pack architecture.

Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate a service agreement with formal written notice under conditions of material breach. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of all completed hardware assembly and software integration work.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable regional technology and energy regulatory laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to align with updated energy regulations and software enhancements. Continued usage of the platform signifies acceptance of updated terms.
